Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and VeilcastRPG ("VeilcastRPG," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the VeilcastRPG application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The Service is rated 18+ and is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service in any way. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register an account, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be terminated.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the Service to harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent any access or payment controls.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service may require payment. Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation details will be presented to you before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; VeilcastRPG does not store your full payment card details.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, narration content, and branding, is owned by VeilcastRPG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the character details and choices you input, but you grant us a license to use that input to operate and provide the Service to you.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeilcastRPG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Developer & Publisher
VeilcastRPG is built and published using the Base44 platform (base44.com), which hosts the application's backend infrastructure.
