End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and VeilcastRPG ("VeilcastRPG," "we," "us," or "our") for use of the VeilcastRPG application (the "App"). This EULA works together with, and does not replace, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, VeilcastRPG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms

3. Age Requirement

The App is rated 18+. By installing or using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights in it remain the exclusive property of VeilcastRPG and its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.

5. Third-Party Platforms

If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and VeilcastRPG only, not with Apple or Google, and that the applicable platform has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Where required by the platform's own terms, Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

6. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. Depending on your device settings, updates may be applied automatically.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeilcastRPG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Developer & Publisher

VeilcastRPG is built and published using the Base44 platform (base44.com), which hosts the application's backend infrastructure.
